Company Overview
Driven by the need to obtain quality tubing products at the right price and in a timely fashion, Valmont began manufacturing steel pipe and tubing in 1959. Beginning with six-inch pipe, the company foresaw an opportunity to manufacture pipe not only for its own irrigation systems but to expand into manufacturing tubular products for select customers.
Over the years, Valmont Tubing has expanded from its agricultural beginnings to serve customers in such diverse areas as automotive, pneumatic, exhaust, structural, and many other industrial applications. An increased range of tubing sizes, additional tubing mills, and numerous value-added operations help to position us as an industry leader in tubing products and services.
Today, Valmont Tubing operates two manufacturing facilities in the United States, offering one of the broadest ranges of tubular products available. Valmont continually pushes the envelope in tubing technology through constant R & D. In addition, Valmont Tubing prides itself on offering outstanding service and support to its customers.
